We have built a highly professional service team with 15 experts, 56 senior engineers, and more than 500 engineers and technicians. All the persons dispatched to site have qualified degrees and relevant experiences in the building material industry. We are dictated to release our clients from worries in plant production, operation and maintenance through state-of-art services. Scope of Service
Commissioning Service
In the late stage of a project, we examine any imperfections arisen from design and construction and implement procedures to rectify those imperfections to enhance plant stability and reliability.
Production & Management Service
We look out for the operation of your production line. Our experts know how to achieve maximized output with the existed facilities by means of setting reasonable production plans and preserving the equipment. There are two options for Production & Management Service: a. Overall Production & Management Service: CNBM takes care of production and management for the whole line, whereas the client only undertakes the raw materials and spare parts supply. This option allows the client to pay the least efforts and to gain the most benefits. b. Joint Production & Management Service: CNBM sends engineers to take the key position in each workshop. Other positions are filled by the client’s staff. This option lets the client have full control of the plant while enjoying CNBM’s professional services.
Technical Guidance
We can provide instructions on any problems appeared in production process. CNBM’s technical team could either provide on-site technical support or remote expert service to make guidance and suggestions to the production line operation.
Expert Consultancy Service
Experts from CNBM can carry out technical diagnosis for production lines, detect existing problems and instruct you to solve them. As a result, effectiveness of production line is improved.
Training Service
We offer production and equipment management training service to local personnel in each section of the production line, in an attempt to build up the competence and proficiency of your staff.
Plant Optimization Service
We provide technical modifications, performance test and technical measurement to increase efficiency, save energy and reduce manpower cost for your plants. Those services aim at boost output and lower cost through consumption reduction and personnel allocation optimization.
